Take care of your candle
The candles are made from vegetable wax. The wicks used are crackling wood. The results of this wick design are a cleaner burn (no soot), longer candle life and a cozy fireside ambiance.
Show a little more love and extend the life of your candle by following our maintenance tips.here.
HOW TO LOVE YOUR CANDLE
CUT THE WICK
Keep wick trimmed to 5mm at all times - trim before each use for best combustion.
LET THE WAX MELT
Each time you light your candle, let it burn until the wax melts all over its surface - this will prevent a tunnel from forming.
WATCH THE TIME
Burn your candle for up to four hours at a time.
BURN IT SAFELY
Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, avoid drafts, keep it away from children and pets and never leave it unattended.
STORAGE
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no expiry date but we recommend burning your candle within 5 years of purchase.
KNOW WHEN TO SAY GOODBYE
When there is only 0.5 - 1cm of wax left in your jar, it's time to say goodbye. This is intended for safety reasons to prevent overheating of the container.
