DELIVERY POLICY

Products can only be sent to Switzerland.

The shipping costs are CHF 8.-. For orders over CHF 100.-, delivery is free.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details from Swiss Post.

Packages are shipped within 1-7 days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

POLICY IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR PROBLEM

Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can assess the problem and remedy it.

You have 48 hours from delivery to notify me of the problem. After this period, the order will be considered accepted.
