TERMS OF SALES
PREAMBLE
The site is published by the seller, Alapo.
The seller is not subject to VAT.
The following provisions are intended to define the general conditions of sale on the Alapo.ch website.
These general conditions of sale (GTC) define the contractual rights and obligations of the seller and his customer in the context of distance and electronic sale of goods and products.
The T&Cs exclusively govern the relationship between the seller and the customer.
The T&Cs express all of the obligations of the parties. The customer is deemed to accept them without reservation, failing which his order will not be validated.
The seller reserves the right to modify the GCS from time to time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
At the time of the order, the customer acknowledges having read these conditions of sale set out on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. Any order placed on the site assumes the consultation and acceptance of these GCS, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature, the validation of the order form constitutes a digital signature.
E-SHOPN LINE
Through the site, the seller provides the customer with an online store accurately presenting the products sold, without the photographs having any contractual value (the photos are examples). These photos are the property of Alapo and are not free of rights, a request must be made for the use of these photos.
The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions in the presentation, the responsibility of the seller cannot be engaged as a result.
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. Alapo does not guarantee the availability of items. In case of out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
PRICE
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time by publishing them online.
Only the rates in force indicated at the time of the order will apply, subject to the availability of the products on that date.
The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (excluding taxes and all taxes included) and do not take into account delivery costs, which may be invoiced in addition. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order by the customer.
The total amount of the order and delivery costs included, is indicated before final validation of the order.
Payment of the full price must be made when ordering.
ONLINE ORDER
The customer has the option of placing an order online. By completing the electronic form, the customer accepts the price and description of the products.
The customer must provide a valid e-mail address and delivery address.
All payment methods available to the customer are listed on the seller's website. The customer guarantees to the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, when placing the order.
The seller reserves the right to block the customer's order in the event of non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem on the customer's account, until the problem is resolved.
The customer makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made only after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank.
The products ordered are delivered only in Switzerland.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the online form equivalent to the order form, the customer having to ensure its accuracy.
Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Delivery is made by Swiss Post within 1 to 7 working days upon receipt of payment.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods as soon as the products have been delivered to him. Complaints following damage or delivery errors are to be claimed up to 48 hours after receipt. After this period, the delivery is considered accepted.
The delivery (as well as the date thereof) can be checked by means of the dispatch number. When the parcel has been delivered by post, the damage/theft is the buyer's responsibility.
Feedback
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

applicable law and jurisdiction
The seller is established in Switzerland in a stable and durable manner to effectively exercise his activity. The legal forum is at Pauline's home, in Billens.
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the customer will first contact the seller to obtain an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, Swiss law is applicable.
